I just discovered this web page of Art history resources for graduate students.
It contains information about: grants, fellowships, internships; study abroad opportunities (ie for American students); conferences and events. Nearly all of the funding opportunities seem to be north American (most US), although I did spot one Oxford fellowship on a rapid browse. There’s also a list of journals to which you could submit work; MA programmes outside the US; medievalists’ conferences, and more - its usefulness extends well beyond art history students, I think.
